Do you have a family friendly business, product or service?  If so, how would you like to reach hundreds of Texoma moms/families with your business?  Click HERE for to reserve your spot.

You can participate as a vendor in the following  ways:


Vendor Bags:  $35 until July. 1st 
Your business provides 500 coupons/cards to be distributed to the first 500 customers at our sale. Items for bags must be received by July 15th. 


Vendor Booth: $100 until July. 1st
You may display/present your business at a booth (approx. 10’ X 10’) during the sale. You provide your own table and chairs. We do not require you to be present the entire time we are open, but your contact with shoppers will be greatly enhanced if you are present. We print ‘Vendor Dance Cards’ requiring shoppers to visit you for a ‘stamp’ (we provide stamps for you). The Shoppers then drop the cards into a jar for a ‘Vendor Prize Basket’ drawing. If you would like to donate an item to the drawing, please give it to Mindy upon your arrival. The donated item can be any dollar amount you choose.


Combo Pack:  $125 until July. 1st
Your business provides 500 coupons/cards to be distributed to the first 500 customers at our sale AND you may display/present your business at a booth during the sale. Items for bags must be received by July 15th. Vendors provide their own table and chairs.

Which Pre-sale Pass do you want? The more you help, the earlier you shop! Earn 70% and shop first!

If you are a consignor, you will earn an additional 10% on all your sold items (70% vs. 60%). Note: This additional percentage does not apply to Valet Consignors.


We have a few "muscle" shifts that earn double hours and are a great time to send husbands, dads, brothers, etc. Let them do the work so you can shop early! These shifts are noted in the JBF BFF shift scheduler.


PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, children are not allowed to accompany you during a JBF BFF shift.

 

No time to tag? Valet is the way!

We’ve got you covered! Sign up for Valet Tagging.  Here's how it works:

  • Drop-off Deadline is July 15th, provided spots don't fill up before then.
  • Email mindybyers@jbfsale.com secure your valet tagging spot.  We will email you back with your valet tagger's contact info.
  • Make arrangements to meet your valet tagger.
  • Drop your Valet Tagging Agreement and your clean, stain/tear/worn free items off with your valet tagger in tubs or boxes with your $20 supply fee. (We cannot guarantee the return of your tubs if you do not pick up).
  • You may pick up unsold items or donate them. 
  • You make 45% of your sold items and your check is mailed approximately two weeks after the sale ends.
